Toggle anchors are primarily designed for hollow material applications with a variety of styles depending on your application. Our toggle bolts combinations are available with a mushroom head or a rounded head styles. These toggle bolt combinations are light duty, single use anchor that offers a C1008-1010 or equivalent cold-rolled steel wing with a carbon steel screw and a C1010 steel or a Zamac alloy trunnion nut. The Kaptoggle Hollow Wall Anchors is specially built to allow shorter screws to be used in toggle fastening. Kaptoggle anchors are steel zinc plated with nylon straps. For proper assembly, insert the Kaptoggle into a pre-drilled hole and hold the strap, then pull until the metal piece is snug with the wall, slide a washer so that the rim is fully inside the hole, and snap off the straps and insert/ fasten down the screw to complete the assembly. Also available, plastic toggles made of polypropylene for light-duty applications in wallboard or plaster. Need toggle wings? Toggle wings are also in stock, made for light-duty and single use, these wings are more temperature resistant compared to other hollow wall anchors and offer 1008 or equivalent steel zinc plating.
