Standoffs are a mechanical device designed to have complete or partial threading in order to secure two components and are often preferred over spacers when the application distance requires a greater length.
Hex Spacers
Hex spacers are 6 sided and have no threading; designed for assembling over non-threaded or threaded fasteners with no required tooling. Spacers are ready-to-ship in a wide range of sizes, materials, lengths and outer diameters.
Hex Standoffs
Female-female hex standoffs are internally threaded. Male-female hex standoffs have a hex shaped end with internal threading and the opposing end with an external threaded stud. Hex shaped standoffs are 6 sided and available in a variety sizes, materials, finishes, threading and combo specs.
Round Spacers
Round spacers are smooth, cylindered hardware without any threads; allowing assembly over non threaded or threaded fasteners with no required tooling. Spacers are ready-to-ship in a wide range of sizes, materials, lengths and outer diameters.
Rounds Standoffs
Male-female round standoffs have a smooth cylinder end with internal threading and the other end with an attached external threaded stud. Female-female round standoffs are smooth cylinders with internal threading. Round standoffs are available in a variety sizes, materials, finishes, threading and combo specs.
Jackscrews
Jackscrews come standard with a 3/16” hex shaped end with 4-40 threading. Jackscrews have one female, internal threading end and an opposing end with a male external threaded stud connection. Ready-to-ship in Stainless Steel, Zinc Plated, and Zinc yellow finishes with a range of sizes.
