Hex Flange Bolts & Screws

A hex flange bolt is a one-piece, eternally threaded, hex washer head bolt made of low carbon steel or high alloy steel with a metric thread pitch. The flange eliminates the need for a flat washer and helps compensate for a misaligned hole. Also offered with a serrated flange for greater locking grip and comes in stainless steel for use in applications where corrosion resistance is greater priority than locking strength. Available and ready-to-ship in a variety of sizes and finishes. Browse our selection of hex flange bolts & screws for your building projects and industrial applications.

Hex Flange Bolts & Screws w/ Serrations:  A hex flange bolt with a serrated bearing surface, made of medium carbon steel or stainless steel. Designed for use in applications where loosening forces, such as vibration, are present. The serrations grip to the bearing surface so that significantly greater torque is needed to loosen the fastener than to tighten it.

Hex Flange Bolts & Screws w/o Serrations:  A hex flange bolt with a flat bearing surface, made of medium carbon steel or stainless steel. When used with a proper class flange nut, the bolt system resists bolt slippage by distributing the clamp load over a wide area.
