A 5/32 diameter bulb type rivet has a shear strength of 112 lbs. and a tensile strength of 225 lbs. while the 3/16 diameter 3-star rivet has a shear strength of 202 lbs. and a tensile strength of 247 lbs. These rivets are also great for providing resistance against vibrations.
