Concrete Screws

Concrete screws are manufactured with double lead that offers alternating lowered/raised threads with notches and a diamond shaped point. Due to the manufacturing process of these screws, masonry screws are designed to cut their own threads into concrete, block, or brick. Concrete screws even eliminate the need of an anchor for light – medium duty applications. It is recommended to use a proper carbide bit to drill pilot holes prior to assembling the concrete screw into your application. Our inventory consists of concrete screws offering a blue Ruspert finish for superior corrosion resistance. Blue Ruspert concrete screws are treated in a unique method of combining three layers for a superb, high quality solution. The first layer of the Ruspert coating consists of metallic zinc, layer two is a high grade chemical conversion film, and the third ceramic layer is baked to a perfected finish. Blue Ruspert masonry screws are also great for use in lumber applications that require pressure treatment. Our concrete screws offer AISI 1022 or equivalent steel with an impressive case hardness of Rockwell C 50 minimum (Core: Rockwell C 32-39). Concrete screws are stocked and ready to ship out of the warehouse in bulk quantities today for flat phillips and slotted hex washer styles with a large selection of sizes for your applications specifications.
