Hex jackscrews are the manufacturing solution for combing the assembly of a screw and lever with a single unique fastener. Jackscrews are designed with one end to be hex shaped and internally threaded, and the opposing end offering an externally threaded stud. Hex jackscrews can commonly be used in the assembly of D-subminiature connectors to a metal panel such as the housing within the tower of personal computers. Our inventory is stocked with 3/16” A.F. hex jackscrews that are ready to ship in bulk quantities out of the warehouse today with a selection of materials for all sizes. Material selections are stocked but not limited to 303 stainless steel, steel zinc, or a steel zinc yellow finish.
