Thumb and Wing Screws
Thumb screws and wing screws are designed and manufactured for the purpose of efficiently installing and making adjustments to the application easily by hand which is ideal for applications with frequent access being a priority. Our inventory includes thumb and wing screws that are ready to ship out of the warehouse in a variety of sizes, types, styles and materials to meet the needs of the manufacturer. All of our wing screws and thumb screws are offered in 18-8 stainless steel, aluminum alloy 6061 T6, or plain steel material offering a tensile strength of 48,000 psi. and with the selection of a black oxide or clear zinc finishes. Thumb screws are available knurled in a plain style with no shoulder, knurled offering a washer face, a type-B style with no shoulder, or a type-A style with a shoulder. Wing screws are available in a cold-forged processing type-A style or a stamped Type D style variation.
