Weld screws are manufactured and designed for the extended tabs on the head of the fastener to be permanently welded to the application’s metal surface and provide a protruding shaft for items to be assembled to. Our inventory includes weld screws that are manufactured from C1006-1010 or equivalent welding-quality carbon steel material in a variety of styles to meet the manufacturer’s needs and is ready to ship in bulk quantities out of the warehouse today! Spot weld screws offer a flat 90-degree space with no projections and are perfect for limited clearance applications where an offset is preferred. Weld screws with the availability of projection on top or under the head are stocked offering a tensile strength of 60,000 psi. minimum.
