Stainless steel self-drilling screws have great resistance against harsh environments and are ready to ship out of the warehouse same day in a vast selection of types, drives, sizes and 300/400 series stainless material options. We carry machine screw threading as well as spaced thread styles with standard point, #2 pt., #3 pt., and #4 point and #4 pt. with wings options. Stainless steel self-drilling screws are manufactured to ASME B 18.6.3 and SAE J78 specifications and are available with 82-degree flat, 82-degree flat undercut, hex washer head, serrated hex washer, oval head, oval undercut, Pan, Pancake Truss, and Wafer head types. Drive styles to meet your application’s needs include Philips, square Philips, six-lobe, square recess, and slotted or unslotted. Stainless steel self-drilling screws are case hardened to rockwell C 50-56 and offer 18-8, 316, and 410 stainless steel materials with additional options of a Neo-EPDM washer or a black oxide coating.
